Case Manager Paralegal

As a Paralegal/Case Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our Attorneys in their work. You will work closely with a team of Attorneys from the beginning of a case through the end, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless communication with clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to clients daily
- Manage an average case load of 200+ cases, ensuring timely and efficient processing
- Draft and submit letters of representation for various Insurance types
- Prepare demands and review medical records
- Draft correspondence and consistently review entire caseload from start to finish
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma and minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- Paralegal certificate or associate degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
