The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of delivering comprehensive software solutions in a project or program management capacity. You will also play a key role in expanding our Microsoft practice by identifying and addressing market demands and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a suite of applications with a centralized team of developers, architects, QA, and DevSecOps professionals.
  • Provide leadership and ensure the team adheres to established timelines.
  • Identify potential risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies while keeping clients updated through regular briefings.
  • Collaborate with the team to formulate business and enterprise architecture strategies, offering insights and best practices to align technology solutions with organizational objectives.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams, to gather requirements and define business processes, information flows, and system integrations.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive architecture blueprint that complies with industry standards, security protocols, and scalability needs.
  • Design and supervise the implementation of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dynamics 365.
  • Lead the assessment, selection, and integration of additional Microsoft technologies and third-party applications, ensuring compatibility with Power Platform.
  • Work with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to data privacy and regulatory standards.
  • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance existing processes and systems through effective use of Microsoft Power Platform.

Required Qualifications

Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • PMP or Agile Certification is required.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in program/project management with a focus on Microsoft technologies, especially Power Platform.
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and the ability to apply architectural principles to practical scenarios.
  • Skilled in evaluating business requirements, conducting gap analyses, and creating architectural designs that meet complex business needs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a knack for translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proven leadership skills with the capacity to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Experience in mentoring junior architects and development teams.
  • Solid understanding of security protocols, data privacy, and regulatory compliance as they relate to enterprise architecture and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness to travel and collaborate with clients and other stakeholders as necessary.
  • Must be a US Citizen.

Preferred Certifications and Qualifications

  • Master's degree is preferred.
  • Preferred Microsoft Azure or other Microsoft Certifications.
