Job Summary

Morrow is seeking a highly skilled Field Erection Supervisor to oversee the erection, climbing, and dismantling of tower cranes and personnel/material hoists in the district. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling, dispatching, and coordinating with erection/dismantling crews, mobile crane suppliers, shipping companies, and other professionals to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend customer meetings to plan equipment erection, climbs, and dismantles
  • Identify and mitigate jobsite hazards, including ground conditions, powerline clearances, and weather conditions
  • Prepare and conduct JSA's, lift plans, and equipment inspections
  • Oversee re-torquing activities and assist with crane and hoist repair
  • Supervise loading and transportation of equipment
  • Ensure maintenance, inspection, and preventative maintenance of tools, rigging, and PPE
  • Represent Morrow in a professional manner, adhering to company policies, OSHA, and ASME standards
Requirements
  • Tower Crane Operator, Rigging, and Signal Person certification
  • OSHA 30 training
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Valid State driver's license and insurability by Morrow's carrier
Working Conditions

The Field Erection Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, occasionally requiring overtime and travel. The position involves working at heights, exposure to various temperatures, humidity, and atmospheric conditions. Protective clothing and equipment will be provided as necessary.
