Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with field managers to ensure timely submission of verifications and data, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Post bid addendums, proposal requests, and other project-related documents.
  • Utilize knowledge of building products to manage projects and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Document all aspects of projects through contracts, change orders, sales orders, purchase orders, order acknowledgements, submittals, and other forms of correspondence.
  • Manage multiple projects daily, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure accurate lead-times and shipping details.
  • Communicate directly with customers via email, phone, or in-person visits to ensure project satisfaction.
  • Determine and meet project schedules and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in related fields, such as carpentry, construction, or building materials.
  • Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and building materials.
  • Effective supervisory skills and techniques.
  • Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
