Occupational Health Nurse

This is a comprehensive role focused on promoting and restoring health, preventing illness and injury, and managing cases related to disability and Workers' Compensation.


Key Responsibilities:

Health Promotion and Restoration:
Oversee health initiatives, including health fairs and blood lead management, to promote a healthy work environment.

Emergency Treatment:
Provide emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses, ensuring timely and effective treatment.

Policy Management:
Develop and implement health services policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local health regulations.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to OSHA Lead standards and other relevant regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Counseling:
Coordinate intervention counseling for employees regarding blood-lead levels, providing support and guidance for a healthy work-life balance.

Requirements:
Active Registered Nursing License in the relevant state.

Minimum 5 years of professional nursing experience, with at least 2 years in Occupational Health or Nursing Management.
Blood Draw Experience.

Preferred:
Knowledge and experience with Worker's Compensation.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary:
$75,000 to $95,000.
Full-time with full benefits.

Relocation Assistance:
Available.

Interview Travel Reimbursed.
