Job Overview

The Guest Services Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience. As the welcoming presence of our establishment, you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a warm environment for all visitors. Your keen organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail will contribute to the seamless operation of our front-of-house activities. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining a tidy and well-organized reception area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reservations and configure seating arrangements to meet daily guest requirements.
  • Welcome guests and escort them to their tables.
  • Present menus and specials, providing detailed information about offerings and introducing the serving staff.
  • Process orders and input them into the system, handling payments accurately.
  • Monitor dining and service areas to ensure they are clean and properly arranged.
  • Engage with guests to confirm their satisfaction with food and service, address any concerns, and express gratitude as they depart.
  • Answer incoming calls during operational hours.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Compliance and Regulatory Duties

In addition to the aforementioned responsibilities, all team members are expected to adhere to the following compliance-related duties:

  • Participate in mandatory training sessions provided by the organization.
  • Obtain and maintain necessary licenses.
  • Conduct duties in accordance with local laws and regulations.
  • Ensure that minors are not permitted in restricted areas or allowed to consume alcohol or tobacco products.
  • Stay informed about the regulations and policies relevant to your department.
  • Be aware of the organization's initiatives to address problem gaming.
  • Report any observed misconduct or violations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
  • Minimum of six months experience in fast food or restaurant service, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull weights ranging from 25 to 50 pounds.

Licenses and Certifications

Possession of a valid driver's license with a minimum of three (3) years of driving experience is required.

Physical Requirements
