Guest Services Associate

The Guest Services Associate plays a vital role in ensuring that all visitors enjoy a welcoming and pleasant experience at our establishment. This position involves managing guest interactions, addressing inquiries, and facilitating smooth check-in and check-out processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests.
- Welcome and register guests using a centralized system.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to meet guest needs.
- Process cash and credit transactions accurately while maintaining proper documentation.
- Address and resolve minor guest issues promptly.
- Balance daily financial figures and post charges to guest accounts.
- Assist in delivering items to guests as required.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
COMPLIANCE AND REGULATORY DUTIES:
- All team members are expected to comply with relevant laws and regulations. Attend mandatory training sessions provided by the company.
- Maintain necessary licenses as required.
- Perform duties in accordance with local laws and regulations.
- Ensure that minors are not permitted in restricted areas or allowed to engage in prohibited activities.
- Stay informed about the policies and procedures relevant to the department.
- Be aware of the property’s initiatives regarding responsible gaming.
- Report any misconduct or suspicious activities observed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
- Experience in front desk operations is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Able to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Physical capability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 25-50 pounds.
CERTIFICATIONS:
Valid Driver's License with a minimum of three years of driving experience.
