Job Title: Automotive Customer Experience Specialist

At Little Wolf Auto, we are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, scheduling vehicle repairs, and providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year

Responsibilities
  1. Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
  2. Schedule Vehicle Repairs: Coordinate with customers to schedule vehicle repairs and maintenance services, ensuring timely completion.
  3. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and information accurately, maintaining confidentiality.
  4. Phone Etiquette and Communication: Maintain high-level phone etiquette while interacting with customers, communicating effectively in English.
Requirements
  1. Proven Customer Service Experience: Possess proven experience in a customer service role, demonstrating exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  2. Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  3. Sales Techniques and Interpersonal Skills: Familiarity with sales techniques and outstanding interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.
