Job Summary

Little Wolf Automotive is hiring an experienced Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service and support. This role involves managing customer interactions, scheduling repairs, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle repairs and services.
  • Update customer records and perform data entry tasks.
  • Maintain high-quality phone etiquette and provide a positive experience.
  • Transport customers to and from our facility.
  • Conduct Quality Control Test Drives and inspect courtesy cars.
  • Lift/move automotive parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
Requirements:
  1. Demonstrate proven experience in a customer-facing role.
  2. Possess excellent communication skills in English.
  3. Familiarity with sales techniques is a desirable asset.
  4. Exhibit outstanding phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  5. Show ability to assist and understand basic Light Automotive Repair concepts.
  6. Demonstrate proficiency in using code readers.
  7. Consistently lift/move 50 pounds.
