Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Client Liaison Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support at Little Wolf Automotive. As the first point of contact, you will interact with customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  2. Schedule vehicle repairs and maintain accurate customer records.
  3. Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and preferences.
  4. Maintain high-quality phone etiquette while interacting with customers.
  5. Communicate effectively in English, with bilingual skills being a plus.
  6. Assist customers with transportation to and from our location.
  7. Conduct Quality Control Test Drives to ensure vehicle quality.
  8. Inspect courtesy cars to guarantee their safety and condition.
  9. Ability to lift/move automotive parts (up to 50lbs) around the shop.
  10. Complete Light Automotive Repair tasks as needed.
  11. Report inventory bi-annually for company records and team use.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
  2. Excellent communication skills in English.
  3. Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus.
  4. Outstanding phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to assist/understand basic automotive repair concepts.
  6. Knowledge of code readers and ability to use them.
  7. Ability to lift/move up to 50lbs consistently.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
