Job Description

Moneta Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to join our financial advisory team in our Chicago, IL office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and building relationships with our clients through frequent interaction, providing dedicated service to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Advisors and Partners in daily operations and develop a comprehensive understanding of team processes and procedures.
  • Research unique and complex situations as they arise and provide expert recommendations.
  • Establish a rapport with clients as a trusted liaison between the client and Advisors.
  • Implement Advisor investment recommendations via trading through Financial Custodial Systems.
  • Coordinate account transfers and confirm cost basis information for incoming assets.
  • Populate and maintain systems data and client files.
  • Verify client account cash balances, generate and review monthly available cash report.
  • Work directly with third-party Custodians and Advisors to meet critical deadlines and industry cut-off times.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of work experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
