We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Investment Consultant to join our Branch Network team at Charles Schwab. As an Investment Consultant, you will play a critical role in building a book of business through proactive, outbound calls to existing Schwab clients, uncovering opportunities through needs-based analysis and positioning appropriate products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing Schwab clients to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Conduct needs-based analysis to understand clients' financial goals and objectives, and position appropriate products and solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with skilled Financial Consultants to learn best practices and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the Branch Network.
Requirements
  • A valid and active Series 7 license is required (license may be obtained under a condition of employment through Branch Network Licensing Program)
  • A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license required (license(s) may be obtained under a condition of employment)
  • A valid and active Life and Health Insurance license is required (may be obtained under a condition of employment)
  • 2 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Ability to leverage Business development experience
  • Passion for gaining knowledge of brokerage/banking products and services
  • Openness to build strong client relationships
