About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with exceptional skills in business analysis, project management, and communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare domains, including Enrollment, Claims, Gov Markets, Medicare/Medicaid.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical business analysis documents to bridge the gap between business problems and IT solutions.
  • Facilitate weekly meetings and communicate with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Research methodologies and conduct metric reporting.
  • Analyze trends to recommend process and/or operational improvements.
  • Prepare detailed and summary-level reports, including written interpretation of analytic results.
  • Present results to management, including data-driven business recommendations and alternatives.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on internal/external consulting, documenting, and reviewing architecture/design/detailing of processes.
  • Strong experience in Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies, with a focus on Waterfall.
  • Prior platform migration experience is a plus.
  • Experience working on BRDs in a specific system.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and business stakeholder management skills.
  • Good planning and coordination skills.
  • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
  • Experience in the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is preferred.
