However, the current adoption rates are hindered by high costs and complexities in the retrofit process. To drive mass adoption, Jetson Home Inc. is pioneering a fully integrated approach to home electrification, making it straightforward, transparent, and affordable for homeowners to switch to heat pumps.
Position Overview:We are seeking highly motivated and passionate Electricians to join our innovative company focused on combating climate change by revolutionizing the residential HVAC sector. As part of our inaugural installation team, you will leverage your extensive residential installation experience to help us develop and refine processes that will be implemented across North America. Your role will involve collaborating with a team to remove gas heating systems, install electric heat pump systems, and work alongside engineering teams to enhance product offerings and streamline installation procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Install necessary electrical systems to facilitate heat pump installations
- Calculate and assess electrical loads
- Upgrade main electrical panels as required
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and conduct repairs as needed
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion
- Adhere to electrical codes and safety regulations
- Test electrical systems for operational efficiency
- Master electrician certification in the Denver area
- Familiarity with modern technologies such as SMART panels and sub-panels for service upgrades
- In-depth knowledge of current electrical building codes
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools relevant to electrical work
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Physical capability to perform manual labor tasks
- Valid driver's license
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
