Position Overview:We are in search of highly motivated and passionate Electricians eager to join an innovative company committed to combating climate change by transforming the residential HVAC sector. As part of our inaugural installation team, we seek individuals with extensive residential installation experience to assist in developing processes and procedures that will be implemented nationwide. Your role will involve collaborating with a team to remove gas heating systems, install electric heat pump solutions, and work alongside engineering teams to enhance product design and streamline installation methods.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install necessary electrical components to facilitate heat pump installations
  • Calculate electrical load requirements
  • Upgrade main electrical panels as necessary
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
  • Troubleshoot electrical problems and execute repairs
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical systems
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure project efficiency
  • Adhere to electrical codes and safety regulations
  • Test electrical systems for operational effectiveness and efficiency
Qualifications:
  • Licensed electrician in the Denver area
  • Familiarity with modern technologies such as SMART panels, splitters, and sub-panels for optimal upgrades
  • In-depth knowledge of contemporary electrical building codes
  • Proficient in using power tools and hand tools pertinent to electrical work
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and precision in work
  • Physical capability to perform manual labor tasks
  • Valid driver's license

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
