Residential properties contribute significantly to carbon emissions, which can be substantially mitigated through the adoption of heat pump technology. However, the current pace of adoption is hindered by high costs and complexities in the retrofit process. To drive mass adoption, we are establishing a fully integrated home electrification enterprise that simplifies, clarifies, and makes affordable the transition to heat pumps.

Position Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated and passionate Electricians to join our pioneering team focused on combating climate change by transforming the residential HVAC sector. As part of our inaugural installation crew, you will leverage your extensive residential installation expertise to help develop and refine processes that will be implemented nationwide. Your role will involve collaborating with a team to remove gas heating systems, install electric heat pump solutions, and work alongside engineering teams to enhance product functionality and streamline installation procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install necessary electrical components to facilitate heat pump installations
  • Assess and calculate electrical loads
  • Upgrade main electrical panels as required
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
  • Diagnose electrical issues and execute repairs
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical systems
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion
  • Adhere to electrical codes and safety regulations
  • Test electrical systems for operational efficiency
Qualifications:
  • Licensed electrician in the Denver area
  • Proficient in modern technologies such as SMART panels and sub-panels for optimizing electrical service upgrades
  • In-depth knowledge of current electrical building codes
  • Strong familiarity with power and hand tools utilized in electrical work
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail and precision in work
  • Physical endurance to perform manual tasks
  • Valid driver's license

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
