Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Customer service, processing changes, explaining changes in billing, and gathering information
  • Scheduling appointments and identifying customer needs
  • Working with the agent to establish and meet office and individual goals
  • Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day
  • Collaborating with the agency team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • A successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Ability to effectively relate to customers
  • Property & Casualty license required
