Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to become part of our Outpatient Clinic. This is a full-time, permanent role with a daytime schedule from Monday to Friday.

As an essential member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic outpatient environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse in our Outpatient Clinic, your primary duties will include:

  • Delivering individualized nursing care to patients based on established nursing principles.
  • Conducting initial patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history documentation, and health risk identification.
  • Creating and implementing patient care plans while maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Administering medications, providing wound care, and executing other interventions as directed by healthcare providers.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to manage patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Educating patients and their families on disease prevention, medical conditions, and the proper use of prescribed treatments.
  • Responding to emergencies and coordinating with other healthcare professionals as necessary.
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care standards.
Qualifications:

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

  • Current and valid RN license in the relevant state.
  • A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an outpatient clinic or Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Strong clinical skills focused on patient-centered care.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of nursing practices and ethical conduct.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a significant advantage.
