**CNA Qualifications:**

  • Must possess a valid CNA-HHA license or certificate.
  • Experience in an assisted living environment is preferred, with memory care experience being a plus.
  • Ability to read and comprehend a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits).
  • Previous experience working with individuals with dementia is desirable.
