As an Operations and Fulfillment Specialist, your primary role will involve ensuring the seamless operation of our handwriting automation systems while overseeing the quality of the handwritten correspondence and managing inventory for both IgnitePOST and our partners. This position offers a unique opportunity to broaden your skill set, engage in cross-departmental projects, and contribute to the enhancement of our operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of Handwriting Automation: Utilize our proprietary software to dispatch letters and envelopes for robotic writing, maintain optimal functionality of the handwriting machines by supplying them with necessary materials, and replace ink cartridges as needed.
  • Cardstock Printing: Select appropriate images for printing on cardstock and operate our printing equipment, ensuring correct image orientation, double-sided printing when required, and adherence to letter thickness specifications.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of cards and envelopes against established quality standards and initiate re-writes for any orders that do not meet these criteria.
  • Order Preparation: Familiarize yourself with our administrative dashboard to efficiently prepare writing orders, taking into account font styles, the specific handwriting robot in use, the volume of orders, and the status of the fulfillment queue.
