ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Expertise in sauté and grill cooking techniques
  • Capacity to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced setting
  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Willingness to work during weekends and holidays
PRIMARY DUTIES
  • Prepare dishes in accordance with established quality standards and recipes
  • Ensure portion control and consistent presentation of meals
  • Quickly address any food quality concerns
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff for seamless service
  • Oversee food inventory management and maintain safety protocols
  • Train and onboard new kitchen staff
  • Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
  • Contribute to the development of menu items
  • Engage in team meetings and discussions
  • Embody company values in all tasks
  • Other responsibilities as directed by management
COMPENSATION PACKAGE

$23.50 per hour plus gratuities
