About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Pet Care Coordinator to join our team at Banfield Pet Hospital. As a key member of our hospital staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the exceptional care and comfort of our patients and their owners.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to our clients and their pets
  • Assist with the coordination of patient care, including scheduling appointments and communicating with clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with our veterinary team to ensure seamless communication and care for our patients
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in veterinary care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of experience in a customer service or healthcare setting preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
