Veterinary Client Service Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Client Service Coordinator to join our team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and supporting the clinical team in delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Greet clients and provide a positive first impression of our hospital
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and prepare clients for their visit
- Coordinate workflow between clients and the clinical team
- Compile veterinary medical charts and enter client and patient data into our hospital information system
- Collect payments and perform other administrative duties
- High school diploma
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary hospital setting
- 1+ years of hospitality experience, with a focus on creating a friendly and receptive environment for clients
- Competent computer skills, including data entry into medical records
- Effective working knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Type 45+ wpm and use a 10-key calculator
