About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Intake Coordinator to join our team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our client services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standard of care for our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients, technicians, and doctors to ensure efficient patient triage and treatment
  • Triage veterinary emergencies and provide critical care as needed
  • Collect and document patient history from clients
  • Conduct initial vital sign assessments and prepare exam rooms
  • Accurately enter service charges into patient invoices
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to provide exceptional patient care
