We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Intake Coordinator to join our team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our client services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standard of care for our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Liaise with clients, technicians, and doctors to ensure efficient patient triage and treatment
- Triage veterinary emergencies and provide critical care as needed
- Collect and document patient history from clients
- Conduct initial vital sign assessments and prepare exam rooms
- Accurately enter service charges into patient invoices
- Collaborate with the clinical team to provide exceptional patient care
- A competitive hourly rate of $22-$25, with shift differentials available

- High school diploma or equivalent required; veterinary experience preferred
