Job Title: Sr Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Campbell, California

Imperative Care is a leading innovator in stroke treatment, and we're seeking a highly skilled Sr Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective manufacture of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to meet quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams to design and develop new products and processes.
  • Lead the construction of prototypes and perform time studies to identify process development initiatives.
  • Provide oversight and coordination of multi-functional operations project team activities.
  • Develop and manage manufacturing schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective production.
Requirements:
  • BS in Engineering or related discipline and 5+ years of related experience; or MS in Engineering with 3+ years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of quality systems, including FDA QSR, ISO 13485, and the MDD.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry, with a focus on medical devices.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
