Role Overview:
In this position, you will report directly to the Director of Sales Operations. You will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals across various functions, primarily engaging with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Customer Success, IT, and Finance. Your responsibilities will focus on two main areas: (1) Sales Analytics and (2) Deals Desk Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of sales data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Manage and oversee the deals desk function for the Americas West and Central sales teams, assisting team members with quoting and booking processes, routing contracts, and facilitating vendor questionnaires.
- Develop and refine sales operations policies and procedures.
- Support the maintenance of data management, forecasting, contacts, leads, opportunities, dashboards, and reports, ensuring data integrity within our CRM system.
- Promote the use of technology, tools, and processes to maintain accurate sources of truth (including SFDC, Gainsight, Clari, Outreach, 6sense, Gong, Drift, and others).
- Assist with various sales tools, collaborating closely with the Sales Operations team to implement training, onboard new representatives, and ensure compliance with sales and lead generation protocols.
- Engage with cross-functional teams, including C-level executives, to drive alignment and success.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations or administration.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in administering and reporting from sales systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and training abilities.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS sales environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cybersecurity within a high-growth company.
Compensation and Benefits:
The target salary range for this role is between $70,000 and $100,000, along with bonus eligibility and equity. Our benefits commence on day one and include, but are not limited to, 401k matching, health, vision, dental, and more. For further details, please refer to our careers page.
