Store Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage store operations, ensuring efficient execution of company programs.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to set goals, objectives, and performance metrics.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
- Manage store inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring optimal levels and minimizing waste.
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-service-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
