Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with mental health and dual disorders.
  • Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to support assessments, treatment planning, and decision-making.
  • Participate in quality management activities and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and policies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient therapy and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Hawaii) or Mental Health Counselor License (Hawaii).
  • Experience in providing evidence-based treatment, including individual and group therapy, intensive outpatient treatment, and partial hospitalization programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of KP and community resources, with the ability to provide information and resources to patients with mental health and dual diagnosis disorders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in providing behavioral health services in a primary care setting.
  • Experience in risk assessment and crisis interventions.
