Account Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at International Packaging Incorporated. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling packaging solutions to marketing firms, CPG, and promotional companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively prospect into new accounts to identify decision-makers
  • Conduct face-to-face presentations in client meetings
  • Trade shows - work the booth or walk the floor
  • Document activities, update opportunities, and keep a current pipeline in Salesforce
  • Present and negotiate proposals to clients
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve personal targets
  • Interact with multi-department leaders as needed on projects
  • Understand industry-specific trends and market landscapes
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrable success in articulating distinct aspects of services and products
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Independent, self-motivated, dependable, and resourceful
  • Ability to motivate and organize multiple efforts to accomplish goals
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in direct sales role required
  • 3 years hitting quota
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Packaging, print, retail, or related industry experience preferred
  • Salesforce CRM experience a plus

This is a full-time position working in the Minneapolis office, Monday through Friday. Compensation includes a base salary of $65k - $75k, plus commission, with a comprehensive benefits package.
