Cyfle is seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Designer to join our team in Cornelius, NC. As a key member of our engineering design and consulting firm, you will be responsible for performing civil site/land development design, permitting, and construction observation on various residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform design of land development projects within Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
  • Develop strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Prepare technical design calculations associated with land development projects, including storm drainage hydraulic sizing, water distribution modeling, and best management practices.
  • Conduct site visits and prepare associated field reports.
  • Observe and provide general coordination for various field testing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BSCE) or Engineering Technology (BSCET).
  • EI/EIT certification required; PE preferred.
  • 2-6 years of qualifying civil engineering design experience.
  • Previous experience with AutoCAD and/or Civil3D preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
