Volta Insite is seeking an entry-level Electrical Engineer to join our team. We need assistance with processing analytical data and generating reports for our customers, who rely on this data to monitor their local assets. This data includes 3-phase voltage and current waveforms as well as DC/synchronous motor waveforms. While this will be your primary focus, you will also work through schematics and design, PCB layout, support testing, lab assistance, and assembly tasks.

We empower our customers with electrical data and 24/7 monitoring, enabling them to maintain their equipment predictively and resolve issues before they escalate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Active Queue and Volta Insite Alerting system.
- Analyze 3-phase and DC/synchronous waveforms for alerting and reporting purposes.
- Prepare detailed customer reports.
- Utilize your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
- Schematic generation and PCB layouts (Altium).
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and clients.
- Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Conduct lab testing for mechanical and electrical teams.
- Perform qualification, reliability, and new feature testing.
- Assemble hardware for orders when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Knowledge of 3-phase power is highly preferred, but not required.
- Schematic generation and PCBA layout experience.
- Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong reasoning ability.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Self-motivated and a great team player.
- Go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
