• A minimum of three years of experience in geotechnical engineering and project management.
• Experience in managing client relationships and leading teams is preferred.
• Professional Engineer registration in relevant states is desirable or the ability to obtain it within a specified timeframe.
• Physical capability to lift weights as necessary for project tasks.
