- Communication

- Demonstrate a caring attitude and provide excellent customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program.
- Medical Assistance Certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in office, clerical, or medical work.
- Medical assistant, admissions representative, or clinic support experience (preferred).
- Customer service experience.
