Position: Vehicle Recovery Specialist / Tow Truck OperatorParamount Lender Solutions is among the nation's leading asset recovery companies and is experiencing rapid growth. We pride ourselves on utilizing the latest technology and equipment available, coupled with superior training programs that enable our top performers to achieve the highest compensation in the field.

We are in search of a driven and skilled Recovery Specialist to become part of our organization. The ideal candidate will be tasked with the towing, recovery, and return of vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. Compensation is hourly with additional incentives. Flexible shifts are available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport vehicles as instructed by management
  • Recover vehicles in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Return vehicles to specified locations
  • Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
  • Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of towing experience
  • Minimum of 1 year in Recovery/Repossession
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (must be at least 22 years old for insurance purposes)
  • Proficient in operating a tow truck and related equipment
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays as necessary
