Pharmacist Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at WEIS LLC. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy department.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the pharmacy manager to control inventories and order pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand and maximize profits.
Weigh, measure, mix, and fill drugs and other medical compounds with precision and accuracy.
Provide advice to self-medicating patients and dispense non-prescription medications as needed.
Maintain open communication with health and insurance professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Perform patient immunizations on a regular basis and assist with scheduling and training of pharmacy associates.
Help control department expenses by monitoring and improving operations, ensuring labor goals are met, and reducing losses due to shrink.
Respond to customer complaints and questions in a courteous and efficient manner, providing effective counseling on prescription-related issues.
Requirements
Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm D degree.
State Pharmacist License.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
