Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Jr. Contracts Administrator to join our team at Sparks Group. As a key member of our contract administration team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' contract administration functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze supplier invoices, prepare billing materials, and examine contract documentation with precision.
  • Compile proposal documentation and assist in preparing reports for financial statements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide general contract support services, working closely with management and research technical staff to ensure seamless contract administration.
  • A strong understanding of accounts receivable billing processes is highly desirable in this role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5+ years of progressive experience in contract administration, with a preference for those holding a bachelor's degree.
