Position Overview:
Infosys is in search of a Lead Consultant specializing in Oracle ERP with a focus on Distribution Tracks, particularly in Order Management and Purchasing.

In this capacity, you will engage with essential stakeholders and leverage your expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) to fulfill the role of Support Functional Lead within an Application Management Services (AMS) context.

Your contributions will be vital in resolving issues and conducting root cause analysis (RCA). You will also be responsible for validating various testing phases and supporting activities related to production support, transition, and warranty, collaborating with relevant stakeholders for product customization requests.

Required Qualifications:
  • Candidates may be located anywhere in the US but must be willing to travel or relocate within commuting distance of the designated area. This role may involve travel within the US.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or its foreign equivalent; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Must be a Subject Matter Expert with implementation experience in Oracle Order Management and manufacturing modules.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Oracle Support and Implementation projects in the areas of Order Management and Purchasing.
  • Ability to comprehend business requirements and align them with proposed solutions or enhancements.
  • Experience in testing and deploying custom solutions for Oracle Order Management and Purchasing.
  • Functional proficiency across Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Work in Progress (WIP) modules of Oracle EBS R12.2 or later.
  • Competence in onsite-offshore communication and work management.
  • Experience in production support and steady-state support.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required; sponsorship is not available at this time.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Oracle Implementation, including the development of integrations, custom reports, and extensions.
  • Experience in large-scale AMS engagements.
  • Involvement in Oracle SCM turnkey projects across Manufacturing and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Oracle manufacturing and other supply chain modules.
