Financial Center Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Center Manager to join our Retail Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and directing all daily financial center activity, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct all daily financial center activity, including member interactions, activity management, and coaching conversations.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including daily observation and monthly audits.
- Balance the financial center and ensure compliance with all Bank Secrecy Act rules and conditions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on all branch transactions, policies, and processes.
- Open and close the center, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in branch management.
- 2+ years of successful career track in branch management.
- Experience with managing transitions and change of operating systems or organization culture.
- Strong background in branch operations, including new accounts, loan origination, transaction processing, and ATMs.
- Sales management experience selling business directly to consumers and small businesses.
- Annual performance reviews, coaching, and motivating.
- Ability to work independently and foster teamwork.
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb member and customer service.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Experience preparing yearly budgets is helpful.
- Solid work ethic, integrity, and self-motivation.
- Solid analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong collaboration and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop, recommend, and implement new ideas.
- High level of initiative and creativity.
- Strong desire to work as part of a total team effort.

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $61,500 - $98,300.
- Quarterly incentives based on productivity goals.
