Job Description

Clientmind, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for performing the company's accounting and daily financial management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining accounting systems. You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, maintaining and reconciling ledger accounts, and providing records of assets, liabilities, and other financial transactions.

The Senior Accountant will work closely with our operations team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. You will also be responsible for preparing and publishing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

In addition to your technical skills, you will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic accounting procedures, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, time billing, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures, and implement a system of controls over accounting transactions to minimize risk.
  • Work with our operations team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare and publish financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts and investment transactions.
  • Assist with annual financial and 401K audits.
  • Communicate with customers to address past-due invoices.
  • Perform analysis of operations and provide financial data to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong organization, oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong computer aptitude, including expertise with Microsoft Excel and Word, and experience with accounting software and ABC general ledgers.
