Research Pharmacist Manager

Serving the community with excellence, Sibley Memorial Hospital, a member of Johns Hopkins Medicine, offers a wide range of medical services, including research and development. As a not-for-profit and full-service community hospital, Sibley is committed to providing high-quality care to its patients.
- Collaborate with principal investigators and clinical trial teams to ensure the efficient and accurate provision of drug supplies and drug information.
- Oversee the Investigational Drug Service, including drug preparation, storage, documentation, billing, auditing, reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the Assistant Director of Investigational Drug Services at the Johns Hopkins Hospital to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a pharmacist in Washington, D.C. required.
- A minimum of three years as a pharmacist in a hospital environment is required.
- A minimum of one-year IDS experience is preferred.
- At least two years of management experience preferred.
- Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy resulting in PharmD degree or Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy is required.

Shift: Full-Time, Day Shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 pm
Salary Range: Minimum $55.71 per hour - Maximum $97.49 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
