Pharmacist System Specialist

At Prisma Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist System Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful delivery and management of projects and systems within our organization.
The primary role of this position is to ensure that projects and systems are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with our pharmacy executives, directors, and clinical pharmacists to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and manage project resources.
In addition to project management, you will also be responsible for enhancing operational productivity and performance within our pharmacy department. This will involve actively evaluating operational workflows, developing process improvement initiatives, and standardizing workflows across our clinical sites.
As a Pharmacist System Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and interdisciplinary team environment, handling urgent and stressful conditions. You will be required to exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of medical and pharmacy terminology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the successful delivery and management of projects and systems within our organization.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an ACPE-approved College of Pharmacy.
- 2 years of experience in project management, system management, project coordination, and/or general business management.
- SC Registered Pharmacist license or Pharmacist license within 4 months of hire.
