We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to lead our ice cream production team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring high-quality products, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the production process, including recipe development, ingredient sourcing, and quality control.
  • Lead and manage a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure excellent performance.
  • Collaborate with the executive pastry chef to develop new recipes and products.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and organized production environment.

Requirements
