About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lead Branch Coordinator at The Sherwin-Williams Company. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our paint and coatings business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to our commercial paint customers, answering their questions, and recommending solutions to meet their needs.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs, and presenting appropriate products and services.
  • Relationship Building: Build productive relationships with wholesale customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.
  • Operations: Process sales transactions accurately, maintain precise work order files, and ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Inventory Management: Comply with inventory control procedures, suggesting ways to improve sales and maintain in-stock conditions.
Requirements
  • Age and Authorization: Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
  • Physical Demands: Able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Availability: Willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position, with previous experience selling paint and paint-related products.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Driver's License: Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Education: High School diploma or GED.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language, with a preference for Spanish.
