About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Branch Coordinator to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a Branch Coordinator, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support, while also meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the branch, through effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the branch team to achieve sales and customer service goals, and to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features, and provide expert advice to customers on our products and services.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of sales and customer service software.
