We're seeking a highly organized and persuasive Area Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients.

Your ability to connect with people and provide exceptional customer service will be essential in this role. You'll be responsible for responding to client inquiries, preparing show rooms, and creating marketing materials to promote our services.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely manner
  • Prepare show rooms and give tours to clients
  • Create and distribute marketing materials to promote our services
  • Oversee group blocks and rooming lists to ensure accuracy
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales and sales team members
  • Assist with scheduling and servicing meeting rooms as needed
  • Order and inventory sales amenities and supplies
  • Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales or event management experience in the hospitality or travel industry is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read, write, type, and use various forms of technology
  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds

Salary Range: $21-$23/hour
