**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Services Support Specialist to join our team at NWCUA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and ensuring the smooth operation of our fiduciary services.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide expert guidance and support to staff on fiduciary services, including complex situations, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and dynamic team environment by sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Assist in completing various tasks within operations as needed, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

**Requirements:**

  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Experience with fiduciary services, individual retirement accounts, and health savings accounts preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with staff, members, and external partners.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
