Territory Sales Manager

PABCO Roofing Products is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to various customer segments within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with distributors, architects, agencies, engineers, contractors, and construction firms to promote products and provide support.
- Acquire market knowledge to assist in budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategies.
- Adhere to expense budgets and implement sales programs set by management.
- Keep management informed about key market issues.
- Prepare reports and attend sales meetings.
- Review plans and specifications for projects and provide necessary support.
- Generate quotations and track projects until completion.
- Visit job sites to ensure customer satisfaction and provide problem-solving assistance.
- Conduct product demonstrations and seminars.
- Assist in product quality assessment and credit management.
- Resolve customer complaints and promote customer goodwill.
- Participate in industry associations, conventions, and trade shows.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- Up to five years of experience in construction management or architecture, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
