Building Maintenance Specialist

As a CBRE Building Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. You will be the primary point of contact for building-related issues and will work closely with the facilities team to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
- Collaborate with the facilities team to develop and implement energy-efficient solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to building occupants and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school diploma or associate's degree preferred.
- 4-5 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
- Universal CFC certification preferred.
- Certifications/licenses as required by local or state jurisdictions.
- Ability to lift/carry heavy loads (up to 50 lbs.) and work at heights.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
