Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service and Retention: Provide exceptional client service and retention strategies to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Account Management: Handle all aspects of account management, including coordination with Claims and Loss Control resources.
  • Business Development: Build, support, and actively cross-sell to help sustain book of business growth.
  • Renewal Handling and Marketing: Prepare and lead strategy meetings and Client Renewal meetings and presentations.
  • Agency Management System Documentation: Ensure complete and accurate agency management system documentation and upkeep in adherence with Company policies and protocols.
Requirements
  • Broker's License: Must possess a valid Broker's license.
  • Experience: 10 years of prior experience in the insurance industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or combination of education and experience.
