  • Financial Management: Manage departmental budgets, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure profitability and efficiency.
Requirements
  • 6 months experience in a bakery production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
  • Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
